PRIVACY

Your home tells a story. We treat it like personal information.

This policy explains what Domoranda collects, why we use it, when service providers receive it, and the choices you have.

Effective July 13, 2026

Plain-language promise

We explain what Domoranda does, what it does not do, and where to reach a person.

Who is responsible for your information

Dravara, LLC operates Domoranda and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Contact us at support@domoranda.com with a privacy question or request.

Information you give us

  • Account details: name, email address, authentication records, preferences, and household role.
  • Home details: location or region, home features, equipment, appliances, maintenance history, inventory, and notes.
  • Files and evidence: reports, manuals, labels, photos, receipts, and information contained in them.
  • Support messages: messages, attachments, and information needed to resolve a request.
  • Billing details: plan, credit balance, transaction identifiers, status, and limited payment metadata from our payment provider. We do not receive your full card number.

Please remove Social Security numbers, financial account details, medical records, access codes, and unrelated personal information before uploading a document.

Information collected when you use Domoranda

We may collect device and browser type, approximate location derived from an IP address, sign-in and security events, pages and features used, task activity, diagnostic records, cookie identifiers, and referral information. This helps the service work, remain secure, and improve.

How we use information

  • provide accounts, personalized home plans, reminders, document review, and support;
  • identify applicable maintenance and keep irrelevant tasks out of your plan;
  • operate subscriptions, credits, receipts, and fraud prevention;
  • send service messages and, with the required choice, optional product messages;
  • protect users, investigate misuse, debug problems, and meet legal obligations;
  • understand and improve Domoranda using aggregated or de-identified information where practical.

AI-powered features

When you choose an AI-powered feature, the relevant prompt, home details, and evidence may be sent to an AI service provider to produce the response. We limit what is sent to what the feature needs and check your account before paid AI work begins. AI output may be stored with its sources so compatible repeat questions can reuse the answer. Do not submit information you do not have the right to share.

When information is shared

We may share information with:

  • hosting, database, authentication, storage, email, customer-support, security, payment, and AI providers working for us;
  • advisers, auditors, and professional service providers under appropriate duties;
  • authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to follow law, protect rights and safety, or investigate abuse;
  • a successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale, subject to appropriate protections and notice where required.

We do not sell home maintenance records or account information for money. We do not let other users see your home unless a sharing feature clearly says so and you choose it.

Cookies and similar technology

Domoranda may use cookies or local storage needed for sign-in, security, preferences, checkout continuity, and basic service measurement. Browser controls can block some storage, but essential account features may stop working. Any optional analytics or marketing choice will be presented when required.

Retention and deletion

We keep information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting duties, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain secure backups. Different records have different retention periods. A deletion request removes or de-identifies eligible information from active systems; limited copies may remain in protected backups or legally required records until their normal deletion cycle.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No internet service can promise perfect security. Use a unique password, protect access to your email, and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

Children and geographic scope

Domoranda is intended for adults managing a household and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. The service is operated from the United States, so information may be processed there and in other places where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

Your choices and policy changes

You can update many account and home details in the service, unsubscribe from optional email using the message link, and make a formal request through our Data Rights page. We may update this policy as Domoranda changes. Material changes will receive notice as required, and the effective date at the top will change.
