Domoranda is operated by Dravara, LLC. The checkout shows the plan, renewal timing, included credits, taxes, and total before you pay.

Plans and included credits
A paid plan may include a monthly allowance for AI-powered features. Domoranda shows your available balance and the credit cost of an action before it is charged when practical. Reusing a compatible saved answer may require no new AI work and no new credit charge. Plan details shown at checkout control if they differ from a general description on this page.
Purchases remain closed until Dravara, LLC approves and activates an immutable offer version with an exact price, credit grant, expiry or no-expiry rule, rollover treatment, and refund-policy version. Adding API keys alone does not open sales.
Optional top-ups
If you need more AI use, you may be able to buy additional credits without changing plans. Credits are a limited right to use eligible Domoranda features. They are not money, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value. Any expiration or rollover rule is shown before purchase.
Checkout and card charges
Payment details are processed by Stripe. Domoranda does not receive your full card number. Checkout identifies Domoranda as a service of Dravara, LLC. Before live sales, checkout will show the exact expected statement name. The proposed name is DOMORANDA; it must first be approved and configured on the dedicated Domoranda Stripe account, and a card network or bank may shorten it.
We aim to keep checkout within the Domoranda experience. Stripe or your bank may open an additional verification step for security. Taxes and currency, when applicable, are shown during checkout.
Renewals and cancellation
A subscription renews on the schedule shown at checkout until canceled. You can cancel through the account billing area or contact support. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal; access continues through the paid period unless the account screen says otherwise.
Refunds, failed payments, and disputes
Refund eligibility depends on what was purchased, whether credits were used, the checkout terms, and applicable law. Contact support@domoranda.com promptly if a charge looks wrong. Failed payments may pause paid features after notice. A refund, chargeback, or reversal may remove the related unused credits.
Receipts and billing help
Receipts are sent to the billing email and may also be available in the account area. For help, include the account email, charge date, and amount—but never send a complete card number or security code.
