COMPLIANCE & TRUST
Clear boundaries are part of a trustworthy home tool.
This page describes how Domoranda approaches product scope, safety, data, payments, and responsible AI. It is a transparency statement—not a claim of government approval or universal certification.

Service scope
Domoranda is U.S.-based informational software operated by Dravara, LLC. It organizes user-provided home information and outside sources into maintenance guidance. Domoranda does not perform an inspection, diagnose a defect, dispatch emergency help, decide an insurance or warranty claim, or perform licensed trade work.
Safety boundaries
- Known high-risk work is separated from ordinary homeowner tasks.
- Task preparation can include tools, supplies, protective equipment, shutoffs, and stop conditions.
- Professional handoffs are shown where an on-site, qualified person is the safer route.
- Emergency conditions are directed away from the app and toward emergency or utility services.
See the full Safety guide.
Evidence and AI controls
Domoranda aims to show where a home fact or maintenance recommendation came from. A document clue remains unconfirmed until the workflow or user confirms it. AI-powered features may help structure or explain information, but fixed account, billing, and safety rules remain outside the AI system. AI output is not treated as a professional opinion.
Privacy and data rights
We collect data needed to operate the service and disclose the categories and purposes in our Privacy Policy. We provide a process for access, correction, export, deletion, and other applicable requests on the Data Rights page. Identity verification helps prevent one person from obtaining another household’s information.
Payments and communications
Payment-card details are handled by a payment provider; Domoranda receives transaction status and limited billing metadata. Checkout identifies the operator and renewal terms. Service emails support account, security, receipt, and maintenance functions. Optional marketing messages include the choices required by applicable law.
Accessibility and continuous improvement
We aim for understandable language, keyboard access, visible focus, readable contrast, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion support. Accessibility and compliance are ongoing practices, not one-time badges. If a barrier or concern appears, email support@domoranda.com with the page, device, and help you need.
We do not describe Domoranda as certified, approved, code-compliant, or legally sufficient unless that specific claim has been independently verified and remains current.
