Plain-language promise

We explain what Domoranda does, what it does not do, and where to reach a person.

Our approach

We use semantic page structure, visible keyboard focus, labeled controls, readable contrast, plain language, and text alternatives where the interface needs them. We test common keyboard, zoom, reduced-motion, and assistive-technology paths as the product changes. This statement is a commitment to improvement, not a claim that every page or third-party service is free of barriers.

Third-party experiences

Domoranda may link to source documents or use services such as Stripe, Supabase, Resend, and OpenAI. Those services maintain their own accessibility practices. If a third-party step blocks you, contact us and we will try to provide an accessible route to the same Domoranda support or account action when we can.

Tell us about a barrier

Email support@domoranda.com with the page, action, assistive technology or browser if relevant, and the format or accommodation that would help. Do not include passwords, card details, or sensitive home records. We will acknowledge the request and work toward a practical response.
