What to include

  • Account or billing: the account email and the date and amount of the charge.
  • Home guidance: the task name, what looked wrong, and the source or equipment model if it is safe to share.
  • Privacy or data rights: choose “Privacy or my data” and tell us which right you want to use.
  • Security: choose “Report a security concern.” Do not include exploit instructions in a public post.

Urgent home conditions are not support tickets

Domoranda does not monitor emergencies. For fire, smoke, suspected gas or carbon monoxide, electrical arcing, flooding, structural movement, or immediate danger, leave the area when appropriate and contact 911, your utility, fire department, manufacturer, or a qualified local professional.
